In the past few years, we have worked at an astonishingly rapid pace on siRNAs. The underlying molecular mechanism of gene silencing allows us to target any gene with high specificity and efficiency using short-interfering RNAs (siRNAs).
We are trying to obtain siRNAs in various ways to offer a wide range of in vitro and in vivo applications. The successful knock-down of disease-related genes with the approach of siRNAs can be used in novel therapeutic procedures.
